Shipping

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted BEFORE 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please allows 3-7 business days for order fulfillment.

Exchanges/Returns

Any item returned or exchanged NOT covered in the aforementioned paragraph must be sent to the return address no later than two weeks. ALL exchanges must include an item/product of the same value.
